WYFOLD COURT
Wyfold Court, a Grade II listed Victorian Gothic mansion located in the heart of Oxfordshire, underwent a dramatic bathroom transformation, designed and supplied by C.P. Hart alongside developers Bluu Square.The Spa-Style Bathroom
This project saw the renovation of three bathrooms: a spa-style bathroom, a master en-suite, and a first-floor guest bathroom.The spa bathroom is one of a kind with the introduction of a dried moss and fern living wall, set amongst all-black sanitaryware that blends into the dark marble background. The freestanding bath, sat underneath the living wall, complements Dornbracht's MEM brassware in a platinum matt finish.
The Master En-Suite
In the master en-suite, a bespoke double basin vanity unit, created by Artelinea, is finished in glass with nickel-plated legs. The double Neutra marble basins sit underneath Samuel Heath basin mixers in a polished nickel finish; the shower, also featuring Samuel Heath brassware, has a wet room floor and a frameless glass door.The striking freestanding nickel bath creates a focal point beneath the stunning Victorian windows in the en-suite's adjoining dressing room.
The Guest Bathroom
A smaller scale of the master en-suite, the first-floor guest bathroom follows the same elegant interior scheme, inspired by the client's choice of marble vanity unit.The Result
C.P. Hart's design team created two very different bathroom styles as part of the Wyfold Court renovation. The spa bathroom's living wall is a design spectacular. "We had the idea to create an exotic spa experience, almost as if taking a moonlit shower in the middle of a forest," explain the design team. For the remaining bathrooms, C.P. Hart fashioned a 'sophisticated and classic' interior, meeting the briefed design elements of white marble and mother of pearl mosaics.OUR DESIGN SERVICE
