Sudbrook House
The owner of Sudbrook House, a family home in Richmond, approached C.P. Hart with a clear vision for the property’s bathroom renovations. Designing all three bathrooms themselves, C.P. Hart was pleased to help refine and supply the product selection and organise project installation.The Family Bathroom
With wooden flooring running throughout the property, the owner wanted the family bathroom to have an impactful colour interest. The powder blue blanketing the lower half of the bathroom’s walls continues to the bespoke vanity unit, finished with a white marble top with an integrated basin and our exclusiveAdmiral brassware.
The freestanding Aurelius bath, also exclusive to C.P. Hart, is inspired by the fireclay baths of the early 20th Century, chosen for its generous capacity and double-ended design.
The Primary Ensuite
For the primary ensuite, the owner opted for a soft monochrome scheme to create a greater sense of openness. “A bespoke two-door vanity unit provides convenient storage whilst flowing with the room’s wooden panelling,” says the C.P. Hart sales consultant. “We selected the same marble top for the vanity unit and bath to visually align both ends of the bathroom.”Awarding more floor space, the inset bath doubles as a shower, finished with our exclusive Original bath and shower brassware and a sleek, frameless glass screen.
The Cloakroom
“The downstairs cloakroom typically provides the opportunity to showcase personality,” explains the sales consultant. “In this case, the owner opted for vibrant mosaic tiling as a backdrop to the traditional close-coupled toilet and basin from Lefroy Brooks’s Lissa Doon range, both supplied by C.P. Hart.”The Result
The new bathrooms of Sudbrook House bring the owner’s vision to life. Used frequently, the family bathroom and primary ensuite follow a minimalist, uncluttered approach, whereas the downstairs cloakroom does well to showcase creative flair.“While many clients come to C.P.
