C.P. Hart partnered with Leconfield Property Group to provide the bathrooms for 52 Paultons Square in Chelsea. Located on one of SW3’s principal garden squares, this Grade II* listed Georgian house has been simultaneously preserved and restored to create a magnificent family home over four floors.

For this project, the C.P. Hart Contracts team selected Catalano sanitaryware, a Stone One Freestanding Bath, Dornbracht Lulu and MEM brassware at the basin and bath, and hansgrohe Citterio M brassware in the showering area. A bespoke furniture unit designed by Leconfield features a premium marble top and ample storage.


Crisp, geometric lines meet organic, gentle curves to create the sleek and timeless scheme seen throughout this elegant residence.
