Working in collaboration with Orbit Architects, C.P. Hart was delighted to supply a selection of exclusive, branded, and bespoke products for 12 Upper Grosvenor Street, a luxury office space in a prime Mayfair location.The Specification
12 Upper Grosvenor Street, a Grade II listed townhouse constructed in 1732 and refurbished in 1908, stands proud as one of Mayfair’s original mansions. Orbit Architects enlisted C.P. Hart’s expertise to supply the fittings for its many bathrooms, each designed in keeping with the building’s classical scheme and pared-back colour palette.C.P. Hart selected the exclusive Epoch brassware range in the brushed gold finish, renowned for its Art Deco influences and intricately etched handles. The gold is extended into the bespoke basin stands and shower fittings, an elegant contrast to the white marble basins and lustrous tiling.
The Result
It was important to retain 12 Upper Grosvenor Street’s character during its renovation whilst still establishing a sophisticated and modern aesthetic. As such, Orbit Architects and C.P. Hart carefully considered every design detail, from the Catalano sanitaryware to the AXOR bathroom accessories, successfully creating a space that is as warm and inviting as it is elegant and stylish.12 Upper Grosvenor Street was photographed by Neil Hewison of Copyright Interiors Photography London, 2022.
