Project Management

Here’s a step-by-step guide to the project management stages most relevant to your profession:

Brief
- During the initial consultation, you will discuss your goals for the project with your dedicated Account Manager.
- Our in-depth knowledge and experience in specialist areas such as accessibility and sustainability will ensure your vision is met and that the project is DDA and environmentally compliant.
- We will also study your plans and identify and resolve any bathroom-related technical issues that we anticipate.
Specification
- We support external and in-house design teams with individual buildings, phases and plots to create a design intent. Our service includes the provision of AutoCAD layouts, elevations, mood boards, CGIs and a technical data pack.
- We communicate and consolidate product category proposals based on compliance, cost, sustainability, quality and efficiency, providing a full specification cost plan.
- For offsite construction and MMC, we can create a full design package on the various bathroom types, a complete specification of POD construction, and a costing plan to include installation if required.
Tender
- We support any direct questions relating to product specification from tendering professionals, including cost consultancy and implementation of VE specifications.
- We offer CPD training on products to maximise quality and consistency of installation.
- Our 3,000 sq. ft. central London mock-up space is available for clients to install a complete apartment prior to construction.
- We arrange an insured credit facility for all clients’ contractors for peace of mind.
Delivery
- With £6m worth of bathroom inventory at our central distribution unit in Dartford, and our own fleet of lorries and vans, we deliver C.P. Hart products when and where you need them.
- We offer staged deliveries, in line with the construction plan, so that the right components of the new bathroom scheme arrive at the right time, with products labelled by project and plot.
- Our drivers know how to handle bathroom products correctly, and they care about delivering them safely and on schedule.
- We conduct quality checks during installation to ensure that the products meet our stringent standards and provide O&M Manuals upon handover.
Aftersales Care
- C.P. Hart’s Technical After Sales team is trained across the full range of our product lines and are on hand to support and resolve any issues that you or your installer may have.
