There is a partial step into C.P. Hart Tunbridge Wells where the pavement is sloped. The showroom spans four floors, three of which can only be accessed via steep stairs. Due to compact space between the displays, the ground floor may not be accessible for wheelchair users. The toilet is on the basement floor and can only be reached via stairs.
