C.P. Hart Hatch End offers a step-free entrance. The showroom is mostly on one level, suitable for wheelchair users and prams. A small set of steps is located mid-way through the showroom, and a portable ramp is available to provide access. A ground-floor WC is available, though it is not wheelchair accessible. The Hatch End customer toilet has baby changing facilities.
