Launched in early 2022, Westminster Fire Station is an exciting ‘boutique’ residential development by Alchemi Group, with concept and interiors by Studio L, London. C.P. Hart supplied the bathrooms for this exceptional project.
The Specification
Westminster Fire Station sees the juxtaposition of an Edwardian Grade II listed building and a contemporary new build, carefully brought together to create an exclusive collection of 17 boutique apartments. Set in the heart of London Victoria, each apartment is unique to the next, beautifully designed to capture the original fire station with modern detailing.
C.P. Hart supplied the premium, design-led bathrooms of seven residential apartments and the characterful three-bedroom penthouse. Herringbone and marble tiling sets the tone for the bathroom’s schemes, creating a monochrome backdrop for our exclusive Aurelius and London freestanding bath and the jewel-like gold brassware by Samuel Heath.

The Result
Westminster Fire Station breathes tranquillity with its warm and inviting interiors. The bathrooms combine classical and contemporary elements – Italian marble flooring and seamless glass shower screens, Edwardian-style windows and LED mirror cabinets – to create a timeless scheme that’s packed with points of interest for modern-day living.
