Finca La Coja

Finca la Coja lay derelict for 11 years before the property’s acquisition in 2018. In keeping with the building’s cultural and historical significance, the C.P. Hart design team aspired to create the bathrooms to fit a ‘rustic with a contemporary edge’ aesthetic by accentuating original features and complementing them with modern elements.

For the bathrooms, C.P. Hart supplied Shui back-to-wall toilets, Shui Comfort round washbowls, Era washbowls, and Eco washbowls, each from the Italian manufacturer, Cielo. The design team carefully selected the brassware from Samuel Heath and Crosswater, finished in gold and bronze to add warmth to the bathrooms.
