In a recent project, C.P. Hart retained the Georgian heritage of the Grade II* listed villa, which had been derelict for seven years, while creating individually furnished bathrooms in all bedrooms and public areas.
The Specification
The C.P. Hart Contracts Team carefully selected products to meet The Lucky Onion’s design brief: to deliver multiple bathroom schemes that complement each room size and style. As such, C.P. Hart supplied various exclusivities, including London sanitaryware and the Lincoln freestanding bath, finished in inky blue to contrast the white washbasins. C.P. Hart also supplied the Lefroy Brooks sanitaryware.
The Contracts Team were able to arrange the survey and installation of the shower screens and enclosures, which were particularly challenging to accommodate due to the nature of the Grade II* listed building.

The Result
This beautifully designed hotel retains the building's Georgian qualities whilst adding contemporary touches for a truly British home-from-home ambience. With 11 bedrooms split over two floors, each bathroom provides visitors with a unique scheme and experience displaying carefully selected products that offer quality, durability, and luxury.
Working closely with the contractor and client, C.P. Hart ensured the order was placed and delivered within the tight 12-week timescale, just in time for the business to open for Christmas.
