Yes, all prices displayed on our website include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive this within an hour, please check your spam/junk folder. You will also be contacted via telephone within 3 working days to confirm a delivery date.

If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible on 03458 731121 or by replying to your order confirmation email.

Please note that we are unable to cancel orders which include made to order products.

We accept all major credit and debit cards however we cannot accept American Express on online orders.

Unfortunately, we do not accept PayPal as a form of payment

If your payment is declined, please check your details and try again. If the issue persists, contact your bank or our customer service team for assistance.
