Guarantees & Warranty

Many of the manufactures will happily discuss a warranty claim directly with the end user, however, should you need assistance from C.P. Hart, we will discuss the claim with the manufacturer and will aim to offer a resolution within 7 working days of acknowledgment.

Should your product develop a fault outside of our 12-month warranty but within the manufacturer’s warranty, we recommend that you contact the manufacturer in the first instance to obtain expert advice.

We do not recommend using spray cleaners or any harsh chemicals for cleaning our products. Instead, clean with warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly with clean water, and dry using a soft cloth.

All finishes are vulnerable to acid attack, and strong substances such as household cleaners or disinfectants may cause surface reactions. Regular cleaning prevents limescale build-up; if limescale does accumulate, remove it gently using hot water and lemon juice. We also recommend drying products after each use to avoid staining. Acidic products should never be used on living or plated finishes.

General Cleaning Guidelines:

• Do not use any abrasive cleaning tools or devices such as unsuitable scouring agents or sponge scourers
• When spray cleaning, never spray the cleaning solution directly onto the products; instead, spray it onto a cleaning cloth
• Do not allow water to pool – remove water residue directly after use
• After cleaning, rinse sufficiently with clean water and dry immediately
