Fluted features a wide fluting on one face of the glass panel, produced by the traditional Fourcault glass production process. Molten glass is drawn vertically upwards, against gravity and through a mould, to create the fluted design, which is then flame polished to a natural shimmer. This polishing also acts to seal the surface of the glass, locking in the iridescence of natural imperfections into its final form.
Reminiscent of cut crystal glass, Carved has stunning light refraction properties. This design is produced by grinding into the glass's surface, before the inverse pyramidal tips are meticulously polished, each panel taking about 10 hours to complete.
Designed to echo natural stone’s subtle layers of texture, Stone is kiln-formed, heated until it becomes soft and viscous, sinking into a mould and taking on its form. Each panel is handmade and unique, with no two designs ever identical.
With a crystalline structure similar to frozen water, Ice features an unusual sense of depth – as light passes through its surface, intricate shadows are formed. Another kiln-formed texture, its unique design is also individual to each piece.
All designs are textured only to the exterior surface of the glass, with an anti-calcium coating applied to the interior surface to protect against hard water and optimise the enclosure for cleaning. Carved, Stone, and Ice are available in Opti Clear, Grey, Bronze, and Satin Etched glass, while Fluted is available in Opti Clear only. Frames are available in a choice of over 15 finishes, with bespoke RAL colours additionally available. Each shower screen is bespoke.
