C.P. Hart offer a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, whilst many manufacturers offer their own comprehensive warranties extending this period. Please ensure you register your products with the manufacturer directly.

The warranty does not cover:
-Worn parts due to wear and tear
-Fragile parts due to breakage
-Consumables such as batteries, filters or aerators, due to consumption
-Injections of dirt, water hammer, limescale deposits, operating/handling errors, and environmental influences such as chemicals, cleaning agents
-Defects in the product caused by installation
-Damage caused by improper installation

Many of our manufacturers offer the service to obtain spare parts directly however, should you require further assistance, we will be happy to facilitate a quote for items originally purchased from C.P. Hart.

Please be advised, we are not a stockist and therefore do not hold stock of all products.

Upon delivery, may we politely ask that all orders are checked for shortages within 48 hours of delivery and items are carefully inspected for damages within 7 days of delivery. In the unlikely case of shortages or damages, please notify us within the above timeframes, including an image or video for prompt resolution.

Should you wish to discuss a return, please refer to your sales consultant or showroom. As per the terms of sale, stocked products can be cancelled at no charge prior to delivery. All stocked products in its original and unopened packaging can be returned after delivery, subject to a 25% administration and handling charge. We are unable to accept returns where the products have been removed from the original packaging and refunds will not be made for good that show signs of attempted installation.

All non-stocked ‘special’ products cannot be cancelled or returned and will be charged in full.

We do not recommend the use of any spray cleaners or any chemicals for the cleaning of our products. Clean with warm soapy water followed by rinsing with clean water and drying with a soft cloth. All finishes are vulnerable to acid attack and some strong substances such as household cleaners or disinfectants can cause surfaces to go black or peel. Regular cleaning will stop the build-up of limescale however should you experience a build-up, this should only be removed using hot water and lemon juice. We do not recommend acidic products on living or plated finishes.

As a general rule:
-Do not use any abrasive cleaning tools or devices such as unsuitable scouring agents or sponge scourers
-When spray cleaning, never spray the cleaning solution directly onto the products; instead, spray it onto a cleaning cloth
-Do not allow water to pool – remove water residue directly after use
-After cleaning, rinse sufficiently with clean water and dry immediately
