As part of our commitment to outstanding customer service, we have a dedicated Technical Services team, based in London. They are available to support you and resolve any issues that you or your installer may have. Our people are trained across the full range of C.P. Hart product lines, and it’s rare that we are unable to resolve technical matters over the phone.
 
For product defects within warranty, we will send a representative to the site, if necessary. For out-of-warranty problems, site visits are chargeable.
