55 Victoria Street

The Brief: Collaborate with Laura Marino, Creative Director at Alchemi Group, to create luxury bathrooms with a superior finish for a New York loft-style development in Victoria with views of Westminster and Green Park.
Specification & Result
THE SPECIFICATION:

For the master bathrooms, C.P. Hart supplied Wetstyle dual basin units on industrial-style legs paired with Dornbracht’s iconic Tara brassware in a sleek black finish. The sanitaryware and brassware was set against a contemporary tiled feature wall in teal and oversized marble tiles. Bisque heated towel rails provide a source of discreet warmth. In the secondary bathrooms, C.P. Hart specified classically sculpted pieces from Lefroy Brooks and went the extra mile for Alchemi Group by sourcing brass shower hinges and towel rails to complement the brassware. Polished marble wall tiles and marble floor tiles laid to a custom pattern completes the high-class look.
THE RESULT:

55 Victoria Street is a modern classic. With its breathtaking views, expansive terraces and cutting-edge design, it’s destined to be a much-desired address in London’s Victoria. The bathrooms sourced by C.P. Hart reflect its impeccable finish and unique character mixed with timeless appeal.

Laura from Alchemi Group explains the long-standing partnership with C.P. Hart’s Contracts team: ‘One of the many reasons why we always go back to C.P. Hart and continue using them is because they are always really flexible, which is important because our industry is really demanding – when I need quotes, I need quotes, and when I need information, I need it quickly. They have always been able to rise to the occasion and as long as they keep rising, I’ll keep on using them.’
