131 The Promenade

The Brief: Retain the Georgian heritage of the Grade II* listed villa, which had been derelict for seven years, while creating individually furnished bathrooms in all bedrooms and public areas.
Specification & Result
THE SPECIFICATION:

The C.P. Hart specification and logistics team carefully selected products that would meet Lucky Onion’s design brief to deliver an aesthetic that complements each individual room size and style. The project saw C.P. Hart supply its exclusive London sanitaryware, matched to Lincoln freestanding baths and towel rails, in addition to sanitaryware from Lefroy Brooks and Imperial Astoria Deco. C. P. Hart were also able to arrange the survey and installation of the shower screens and enclosures for the bathrooms, which were particularly difficult to accommodate due to the nature of the Grade II* listed building.
THE RESULT:

C.P. Hart worked closely with the contractor and client to ensure the order was placed and delivered within the tight 12-week timescale set, to ensure the business was open in time for Christmas. With 11 bedrooms split over two floors, this beautifully-designed hotel holds onto the traditional feel of the Georgian property, but with added contemporary touches and a truly British home-from-home ambience.
