C.P. Hart designed and supplied the two bathrooms of Eaton Place, a residential property in London’s esteemed Belgravia. Following a brief of ‘modern industrial’, the design team combined minimalist features with a dark colour palette to contrast the period façade.

As part of a whole property renovation, it was essential for the bathrooms of Eaton Place to be in sync with the rest of the home’s interior: minimalist with an industrial edge. As a starting point, the C.P. Hart design team opted for large format Marquina marble-effect tiles installed throughout the entire space as a striking backdrop.


The Gessi 316 basin taps and shower fittings are created from stainless steel and feature a warm Bronze Brushed finish, complete with intricate knurling for a decorative touch. To splash-proof the shower, the design team specified a frameless and ultra-sleek bespoke SSI wetroom panel.


At the centre of the bathroom sits the Artelinea Dama vanity unit, created entirely from glass and finished in ‘Fumo’. The optional drawer from the same range provides generous bathroom storage. Above, a semi-recessed Keuco mirror cabinet features LED lighting for the owners to create a softer ambience.

“There’s a common misconception that dark-schemed bathrooms feel gloomy and confined, whereas this space feels bright and spacious, owing to the clever downlight placement on the ceiling and recesses and reflective glass from the vanity unit, wetroom panel, and mirror. The result is a suite that exudes luxury from the precious stone-effect tiles whilst nodding to the industrial styling featured throughout the property.”
