Specification Administrator
Role:  Full time, Permanent
Location: Wimbledon

 

C.P. Hart is the UK’s first choice premium bathroom company, known by all for its market leading service and standards. Due to our continued success and expansion we are looking for a Specification Administrator.

 

Essential qualities:

You will ideally be degree-educated (or equivalent) and competent with Microsoft, excel and word. Experienced within data administration and demonstrable competence in increasing efficiency within a team, as well as the following:

  • Ability to work at speed
  • Extremely organised
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Able to multi-task
  • Computer literate, with exceptional excel, word and outlook skills

 

Department & Location:

You will be working with a great team at our Wimbledon Showroom, SW19 8UG.

 

Responsibilities

  • To answer or facilitate customer queries face to face and over the telephone
  • Provide support for the sales team and create appointments
  • Provide quotes using Bistrack (inhouse system) and excel
  • Prepare digital product boards for the specification
  • Progress all product orders to deadline
  • Supply customers with literature and latest product information
  • Sort and allocate all showroom correspondence
  • General administrative duties
