Specification Administrator
Role: Part-time, Contract (Mat cover)

C.P. Hart is the UK’s first choice premium bathroom company, known by all for its market leading service and standards. Due to our continued success and expansion we are looking for a Part-time Specification Assistant to cover for maternity leave

 

Essential qualities:

Ideally you will be a team player who is highly motivated with proven administration experience. As this is a 10mth maternity cover contract, we need you to 'hit the ground running' so the qualities we are looking for are:

  • Good clear communication, computer, telephone skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Work well under pressure
  • Excellent organisational skills

 

Location:

You will be working with a great team at our Muswell Hill Showroom N10 3DU.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the sales team ensuring all communications are handled and managed correctly
  • Producing quotes, mood boards, specification sheets, technical documents
  • Liaising with clients and suppliers
  • Registering projects and coordinating deliveries
  • General office duties
