Despatch Coordinator

Role: Full time - Permenant

Location: London Waterloo SE1

Essential qualities:

You will ideally have experience working within a Despatch and Delivery environment, although please do get in touch if you have any other relevant experience, as well as the following essential qualities:

  • Experienced customer service operative
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good team player
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Highly organised
  • Excellent computer skills, word, excel

 

Department & Location:

You will be working with a great team at our Flagship Waterloo Showroom, SE1 7DR

 

Responsibilities:

To manage the showroom order book to delivery. To co-ordinate delivery dates with clients after the order has been placed and to deal with all delivery issues that may arise.
