Business Development Manager 

Role: Full time, Permanent

Location: London Waterloo SE1/ Guildford GU1 1DX


C.P. Hart is the UK’s first choice premium bathroom company, known by all for its market leading service and standards. Due to our continued success and expansion we are looking for Business Development Manager's - One based in London Waterloo and the other in Guildford.


Essential qualities:

You will ideally have experience working within a sales environment, although please do get in touch if you have any other relevant experience, as well as the following essential qualities:

  • Two years+ in a business development role
  • Bathroom product and industry knowledge
  • Empathy with product design, bathroom products & furniture
  • Have knowledge of or worked on a proficient CRM system
  • Track record of sales and margin growth
  • 2 A-levels, with good GCSE grades in Maths and English (or equivalent)



  • To initiate and develop business relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Developers and Contractors generating incremental showroom business, new professional contacts and local renewed interest in our brand. You will need:

  • Strongly motivated and dynamic and confident sales professional; tenacity and resilience essential
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Track record of new account development in a comparable business
  • Business acumen and flair
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator at all levels – from General Builder to Architects and Developers and with business numeracy
