Technical Aftersales

As part of our commitment to outstanding customer service, we have a dedicated Technical Helpdesk, based in London. The Helpdesk is here to support you and to resolve any issues that you or your installer may have. Our people are trained across the full range of C.P. Hart product lines, and it is rare that we are unable to resolve technical matters over the phone.

For product faults within warranty we will send a representative to the site if necessary. For out-of-warranty problems site visits are chargeable.
