If Charles Percival Hart, founder of C.P. Hart, met one of todays bathroom designers, he would be impressed by the materials we use to create contemporary bespoke bathrooms, such as acrylic polymers, UV glass and micro LEDs, and also fascinated by chromotherapy. 1. When can I expect a call back regarding my reported technical issue?

Calls are answered in succession, however, where a fitter is on site, a call back is received within the hour of the call being logged with us. Where the issue is less urgent, we endeavour to call the customer back within 48 hours of the call being logged with us.

2. What is the warranty on my goods?

C.P. Hart provides a 12 month warranty from the date of delivery. Some of our suppliers provide a longer product warranty, which can be supplied on request.

3. What cleaning materials should I use on my bathroom products?

4. Do you have a representative who can attend the site to inspect my product problem/issue?

In most cases it is possible to resolve technical issues over the phone with the customer and/or their installer. However, in exceptional circumstances we may send a representative to site. Should the problem not relate to product defect, the costs incurred will be chargeable.

5. There are no installation instructions with my product, can you supply them?

If you are online we can email you a copy of the instructions. Alternatively instructions can be faxed or posted.

6. Do you install?

C.P. Hart does not install bathrooms, but we are happy to make recommendations and pass on contact details for installers we have dealt with over our many years in business. We do not have any formal relationship with these installers, and so we are not able to offer guarantees, but we do regularly make follow-up calls to our customers to gauge their level of satisfaction with recommended installers.
