Customer survey free prize draw

At Colurwash we aim to give inspirational service at all levels, but to achieve this, we need a greater understanding of our customers needs. This is where you and the customer survey come in. Every time we receive a complete survey your name will be entered into a free prize draw, as a thank you for your valuable feedback.

Taking place on 1st May 2012, one winner will receive £200 of Millennium & Copthorne gift vouchers to spend on accommodation and/or food packages.

Terms and Conditions

Terms of Entry
There are no entry fees for the prize draw. By entering the prize draw it is deemed acceptance that these Terms & Conditions are accepted as they relate to the prize draw. Entries submitted in breach of these Terms & Conditions will be invalidated and removed from the prize draw.

Eligibility
Participation in the competition is open to all Colourwash customers who submit completed customer survey forms prior to the end of the submission period, and excludes employees of Colourwash or C.P. Hart, their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw.

How to Enter
Participants should return the completed survey in the pre-paid envelope provided. Completed surveys received on May 1st 2012 will be submitted into the prize draw. Each entrant may enter the competition only once. A single prize draw will be made on 1st May 2012. The winner will be contacted directly and results will feature on our website.

The Prize
Millennium & Copthorne gift vouchers to the total of £200, available for accommodation and/or food packages. No travel expenses or extras will be included. The prize is valid for six months from date of issue and is subject to availability The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, C.P. Hart reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value.

Participant Data
C.P. Hart shall have the right to use and publish the winner’s name and approved likenesses for publicity purposes.

Liability Disclaimer
C.P. Hart shall have no liability to any competition participant except in the case of recklessness or intentional misconduct. Terms and Conditions A single prize draw will be made on 1st May 2012 and the winner will be notified by email.
